บทคัดย่อ

ภาวะผู้นำตามหลักปาปณิกธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิสรัปชั่น เป็นการบริหารที่ต้องอาศัยบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ (Vision) สร้างคุณค่า (Value) เปิดกว้าง ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรในองค์กรมีส่วนร่วมในการเปลี่ยนองค์กรไปสู่นวัตกรรม ผู้บริหารต้องทำให้บุคลากรในองค์กรมีความรับผิดชอบร่วมกันเป็นทีม มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจ มีความโปร่งใส สามารถนำพาองค์กรให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่ตั้งร่วมกันไว้ได้ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเชิงนวัตกรรมที่มีความสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตในยุคดิสรัปชั่น ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ 1) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ 2) ด้านทักษะ 3) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และ 4) ด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ สามารถบูรณาการเข้ากับหลักปาปณิกธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาในการบริหารสถานศึกษา อันได้แก่ 1) จักขุมา มีสายตามองเห็นการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวไกลไปข้างหน้า (มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างยาวไกล) 2) วิธูโร มีทักษะในการทำงานที่ดีของผู้นำ ประกอบกับการมีความรู้อย่างละเอียดในงาน และ 3) นิสสยสัมปันโน การมีทักษะการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานได้กับคนทุกระดับชั้น ผูกมัดใจคนไว้ได้ เพื่อนำองค์กรก้าวไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงตามกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ที่หมุนไปในยุคดิสรัปชั่น

Abstract

In the age of disruption, leadership based on the Papanikadhama’s principles for school administrators entails them assuming roles that involve visionary leadership, nurturing value, fostering openness, and actively promoting and supporting the involvement of organizational personnel in transforming innovation within the organizations. Administrators must also foster organizational personnel in sharing responsibilities as a teamwork, empowering in the decision-making process, maintaining transparency, and leading the organizations to achieve the shared goals. Innovative leadership aligned with ways of life in the disruptive age comprises four key components: 1) personality, 2) skills, 3) teamwork, and 4) role and responsibilities. This leadership style, when integrated with the Papanikadhama Buddhism principles for school administration, includes the following components: 1) Cakkhuma, referring to maintaining the forward-looking vision for continuous development (having a comprehensive vision); 2) Vithuro, referring to possessing good leadership skills, having comprehensive knowledge in carrying out the tasks; and 3) Nissayasampanno, referring to having communication skills, good interpersonal relations, collaborative work with individuals at all organizational levels, and cultivation of loyalty to lead organizations toward changes that reflect the globalization trend in the age of disruption.
