บทคัดย่อ

การจัดการศึกษาของประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน ประสบปัญหาเรื่องหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดประเมินผล ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และคุณภาพของผู้เรียน ดังนั้นการปรับหลักสูตรให้เป็นหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่มีศักยภาพที่จะตอบโจทย์ปัญหาของครูและนักเรียนที่เกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากเป็นหลักสูตรที่มีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะเชิงรุกจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนพัฒนาสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้ชีวิต การทำงาน การเรียนรู้และการแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ช่วยให้ครูสามารถพัฒนาเด็กที่มีความพร้อมแตกต่างกันให้ได้รับการพัฒนาเป็นลำดับขั้น รวมทั้งช่วยพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เกิดสมรรถนะในการเรียนรู้ที่พึงประสงค์ สามารถปรับตัวได้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และความต้องการใหม่ ๆ ของสังคมและในโลกแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่จำเป็นต่อชีวิตและการทำงานต่อไป

Abstract

The challenges related to curriculum, teaching and learning management, and measurement and evaluation process are currently posed to educational management in Thailand. These issues have a direct impact on the development of quality education and learners, and thus an alternative solution to address these challenges encountered by teachers and students is to have a regular curriculum review with the aim of embracing the requirements for a competency-based curriculum that provides a flexible framework for learning management. The proactive competency-based curriculum has been demonstrated to encourage learners to develop required competencies for life, work, learning, and problem-solving across a broad range of settings. It also enables teachers to cater to students’ varying and progressive levels of readiness and nurtures learners to acquire desired learning competencies and to remain adaptable in response to changes and the emerging demands of society and the 21st-century world, all of which are crucial for both their personal lives and future employment.
