บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา 2) สร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพที่บรูณาการท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสกลนคร สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพที่บรูณาการท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสกลนคร สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R&D) โดยดำเนินการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 10 คน และจากครูที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งกำหนดขนาดโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนจำนวน 337 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ ชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน (Proportional stratified random sampling) จากในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในระยะนี้ ได้แก่ ชุดประเด็นคำถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบสอบถาม ระยะที่ 2 สร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพที่บรูณาการท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสกลนคร โดยศึกษาองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องของโปรแกรม ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 พบว่า ทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2. ผลการสร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพที่บูรณาการท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสกลนคร พบว่า โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการของโปรแกรม 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม 3) เนื้อหาของโปรแกรม 4) กิจกรรมการพัฒนาของโปรแกรม และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผลโปรแกรม 3. ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพที่บรูณาการท้องถิ่น จังหวัดสกลนคร พบว่า โดยภาพรวมโปรแกรมมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) examine the fundamental data on the primary school students’ career skills, 2) construct and develop an integrated local career skill enhancement program of Sakon Nakhon Province for primary school students, and 3) assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the developed program. The Research and Development (R&D) was divided into the following three phases: Phase I involved an examination of fundamental information about students’ career skills through a focus group with ten experts and a survey questionnaire with teachers. For the data collection, the total sample consisted of 337 teachers that were determined by the Krejci and Morgan formula and selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The tools included a set of written questions, a focus group recording form, and a questionnaire form. Phase II was related to constructing and developing the integrated local career skill enhancement program of Sakon Nakhon Province by examining its components, and measuring concordance rates among five experts. The research tools included an interview form and a concordance assessment form. Phase III was related to assessing the appropriateness and feasibility of the developed program with 11 experts. The tool was an assessment form for measuring the appropriateness and feasibility of the developed program. Statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1. The fundamental information on the career skills of primary school students as perceived by teachers working under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1 revealed that the career skills of primary school students were at a moderate level overall and in each aspect. 2. The integrated local career skill enhancement program of Sakon Nakhon Province consisted of 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) contents, 4) approaches for enhancing career skills, 5) development activities, and 6) measurement and evaluation. 3. The assessment result of the program's appropriateness and feasibility revealed that the appropriateness and feasibility of the developed program were overall at the highest level.
