บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การเลี้ยงไส้เดือน ตามศาสตร์พระราชาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนท่าแร่ศึกษา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 3) ศึกษาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม และ 5) เปรียบเทียบความตระหนักการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชา หลักการทรงงานด้านความพอเพียง ของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนท่าแร่ศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสมัครใจ (Voluntary) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การเลี้ยงไส้เดือน ตามศาสตร์พระราชาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนท่าแร่ศึกษา 2) คู่มือการใช้หลักสูตร 3) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 5) แบบวัดทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน 6) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ และ 7) แบบวัดความตระหนักการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชา หลักการทรงงานด้านความพอเพียง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ชนิดไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (Dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม การเลี้ยงไส้เดือน ตามศาสตร์พระราชาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนท่าแร่ศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ชื่อหลักสูตร หลักการและเหตุผล วิสัยทัศน์ หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย สมรรถนะของผู้เรียน คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ คุณภาพของผู้เรียน คำอธิบายรายวิชา ผลการเรียนรู้ สาระการเรียนรู้ โครงสร้างหลักสูตร หน่วยการเรียนรู้ แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.69, S.D. = 0.50) และมีประสิทธิภาพ 81.57/89.35 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 80/80 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับร้อยละ 94.60 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ที่ร้อยละ 80 4. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.88, S.D. = 0.30) 5. ความตระหนักการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชา หลักการทรงงานด้านความพอเพียง ของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop and identify the efficiency of an additional course curriculum on raising earthworms according to the King’s Science for sustainable development for Mathayomsuksa 1 students of Tharea Suksa School to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80, 2) to compare the student learning achievement before and after the intervention, 3) examine the student performance skills after the intervention, 4) to investigate the student satisfaction after the intervention, and 5) compare the students’ awareness on the practice application of the King’s Science with the Royal Working Principles of Sufficiency, both before and after the intervention. The samples were obtained through voluntary sampling, consisting of 30 students of Mathayomsuksa 1 in the first semester of the academic year 2021 at Thareasuksa School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Sakon Nakhon. The instruments comprised: 1) an additional course curriculum on raising earthworms according to the King’s Science for sustainable development for Mathayomsuksa 1 at Tharea Suksa School, 2) a curriculum user’s manual, 3) lesson plans, 4) a learning achievement test, 5) a form for measuring performance skills, 6) a satisfaction questionnaire form, and 7) an assessment form measuring awareness of the practice applications of the King’s Science with Royal Working Principles of Sufficiency. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test for Dependent Samples. The findings were as follows: 1. The developed additional course curriculum consisted of the curriculum’ title, principles and rationale, vision, principles, objectives, learners’ capabilities, desirable characteristics, learners’ quality, course description, learning outcomes, contents, curriculum structure, learning units, guidelines for learning management, media and learning resources, and learning evaluation and measurement. The developed additional course curriculum was suitable at the highest level ( = 4.69, S.D. = 0.50). The efficiency was 81.57/89.35, which was higher than the required criteria of 80/80. 2. The student learning achievement after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention at the .01 level of significance. 3. The students’ performance skills after the intervention achieved 94.60 percent which was higher than the criterion of 80 percent. 4. The student satisfaction with learning through the developed additional course curriculum was at the highest level ( = 4.88, S.D. = 0.30). 5. The student awareness of the practice applications of the King’s Science with the Royal Working Principles of Sufficiency after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention at the .01 level of significance.
