บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม จำนวน 11 คน ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของแต่ละโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชุมแพม่านชมพู ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชุมแพม่านชมพู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น จำนวน 310 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC) อยู่ในช่วง 0.60-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI_modified) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 คือ ครูเน้นการสอนแบบบรรยาย การท่องจำมากกว่าการปฏิบัติ สื่อการเรียนการสอนไม่หลากหลาย ทำให้นักเรียนไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น การวิเคราะห์ และการตัดสินใจ ส่วนสภาพที่คาดหวังในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 คือ การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยให้นักเรียนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นพร้อมบอกเหตุผลประกอบ มีการอภิปรายร่วมกันถึงข้อดี ข้อเสีย มีการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดระหว่างครูและนักเรียน เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รับข้อมูลที่หลากหลายสำหรับใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตัดสินใจของตนเองได้ 2. นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการตัดสินใจ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพที่คาดหวังโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. อันดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตด้านการตัดสินใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 พบว่า ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ

Abstract

This research aimed to study the needs for learning management to promote decision-making life skills in Mathayomsuksa 2 students. The sample group included 11 teachers from the Social Studies, Religion, and Culture Subject Groups who served as representatives from each school in the Chum Phae Man Chomphu Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khonkaen (SESAO Khonkaen), selected through purposive sampling, and 310 Mathayomsuksa 2 students at schools in the Chum Phae Man Chomphu Consortium under the SESAO Khonkaen, selected through Stratified random sampling. The tools for data collection were semi-structured interviews and a set of questionnaires with an IOC index ranging from 0.60 to 1.00. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified), and content analysis. The results revealed that: 1. The current conditions of learning management for fostering decision-making life skills in Mathayomsuksa 2 students disclosed that the organization of learning activities tends to prioritize lecture memorization over practicing, as well as the use of limited teaching and learning media. The students abstain from participating in analytical discussions and decision-making processes. The expected conditions of learning management that were expected to encourage decision-making life skills in Mathayomsuksa 2 students included setting up learning management that facilitate the expression of students’ opinions and rationals, encourage the discussion of pros and cons, and idea exchange with teachers, and provide diverse information that could guide in making individual decisions. 2. The students' opinions on the current conditions of learning management for promoting decision-making life skills in Mathayomsuksa 2 students were generally at a moderate level, and the highest level in terms of the expected conditions. 3. The aspects were arranged in order of priority in needs for learning management to cultivate decision-making life skills in Mathayomsuksa 2 students as follows: the learning management process ranked highest in terms of importance, followed by instructional media, measurement and evaluation, and curriculum, respectively.
